The Knights of Columbus is an international Catholic family fraternal service organization with 1.7 million members in over 14,000 local councils. Last year, Knights donated 68 million volunteer hours and $150 million to charitable and benevolent causes, sponsoring projects to benefit their Church, communities, councils, families, and youth.

Volunteer Form

Last year, the Knight of Columbus donated more that $151 million to charitable and benevolent causes and over 69 million hours of volunteer community service to aid the less fortunate. We undertake these acts of charity because we see those in need through the eyes of faith.

To help prepare our Fraternal Survey for the Supreme Council office, a "Volunteer Hours Form" has been added to the web site. Please download and complete the form then either email it to the Grand Knight or print and bring it to the next meeting. This information will assist us in determining the total number of hours of community service volunteered by our members during 2010.

Click here to access the form.

NOTE: The form is designed to make it easy to enter your hours. In each shaded box simply enter the appropriate hours. The total at the bottom will be automatically calculated for you.

AND - you do this annoymously!

    Double Star Council

We are very pleased to announce that our council has been awarded "Double Star" status for the past year. Congratulations go out to the members of Council 13467 who tirelessly contributed to the vast assortment of programs we support. Only through your efforts did we achieve such a high honor. Great work gentlemen!

    Assisting Fr. Gaughan

Fr. Gaughan has been advised to cease driving. We, as Knights supporting our Priests, would like to have a core group of volunteers willing to drive Father to and from various places in and around town. This service would allow Father to continue to shop for his own needs and continue to be self sufficient as much as possible. In addition to his personal needs he is also on tap to give "Last Rights" to those in need, especially during emergencies. If you can provide this important service, please contact Tony Reade. Thank you in advance!

Submitting Nominees for Knight/Family of the Month

If you know of a worthy Knight who is deserving of this award, please contact the Grand Knight, Tony Reade.

Also, if you are aware of a family who is deserving of recognition, please forward the nominees to Tony. Be mindful that the family award is just that - a FAMILY award. Include the contributions of the spouses as well as the Knights, they are part of the award, not just the Knight. And, don't forget the assistance of any other family members as well.

For your convenience, we have a link to both forms to make it easy on you. See the next to last entry on this page.

On the forms page you will now find 2 forms for the Knight and/or Family of the month. If you would like to nominate someone deserving, please download, complete the forms and bring them to the next meeting.   ...go to the Forms page
