Monthly Breakfast

We will continue our Council's Sunday breakfast tradition again this fraternal year. This is our opportunity to share fellowship as we provide a service to our fellow parishioners. As an added benefit the money we raise goes toward the many charitable works of our order.

So that we may have a successful event, each Knight is asked to consider attending the breakfast with us each month and bring your friends and family.

If so inclined, come out and lend a helping hand. Again it is YOUR COUNCIL. What better way to introduce the Catholic men of the parish to our order. Those who wish to help work the event, doors open at 0630. Actual breakfast will be served around the 0830 give or take a minute or two - coinciding with the ending of the 0730 mass.

Council 13467 High School Scholarship

Knights of Columbus Scholarship

This scholarship was established in by the Saint John's Knights of Columbus Council (13467) to provide money to supplement, or to off set the expenses of a current SJA parish youth who will attend a Catholic high school next fall (2008-2009).

All applicants:

  • Must be a registered member of a family at St John the Apostle parish
  • Should show evidence of academic and extracurricular achievement in high school
  • Exhibit volunteerism and community service
  • The successful candidate should also demonstrate evidence of character and a strong desire for formal education
  • Demonstrate a strong devotion to/love of Jesus


    • Applications will be accepted until June 1, 2008. Any application received after that date will be disqualified. The recipient must be willing to be recognized as the scholarship awardee, date to be announced and must furnish their social security number upon request for electronic funds transfer to their academic institution.

    Award Amount: $500

    On-Line Store Now Open

    A number of custom items are available for members to purchase. All items are clearly marked with our Council name and number that proudly proclaim your membership to our fine organization. Using the drop down menu, follow the links to the council store page then download the order form. Print it out, mark the items you want then bring the form and your check to the next meeting.     Digital Camera for Event Pictures

    The council now has the ability to create and host our own photo albums. A digital camera is available to each event chairman to use throughout the event. This includes (but is not limited to) preperation of the event, pre-event activities, the event itself and any post event activities. The camera is all digital and easy to use (training is available upon request). If you would like to take advantage of this offer, please see brother Bill Dora or DGK Manny Ramos to schedule the camera for your event. We have LOTS of space to host your albums so don't be shy about taking pictures.
